Service Music - May, 2008

Monday, October 29th at 7:00 pm - A special service of Choral Evensong sung by the Cathedral Choir, as we welcome the Very Reverend Robert Willis, Dean of Canterbury Cathedral.

Sunday, December 2nd at 11:15 am - An Advent Procession and Eucharist: The Great Advent 'O' Antiphons by Peter Hallock.

Monday, December 24th - Christmas Eve at the Cathedral: see "The Cathedral Cross" for details.

Tuesday, March 18th at 7:30 pm - The Solemn Office of Tenebrae sung by "Resurrexit," including the Tenebrae Responsories by Tomas Luis de Victoria.

Good Friday, March 21st at 7:30 pm - The Solemn Liturgy for Good Friday: Music by the Cathedral choir including Psalm 22 "Mein Gott, Mein Gott..." by Felix Mendelssohn.

Easter Sunday, March 23rd - Easter Day at the Cathedral: see "The Cathedral Cross" for details.

Thursday, May 1 at 5:45 pm - Choral Evensong for Ascension Day. The Cathedral Choir sings music by David Hogan and Adrian Batten.

Sunday, May 25th at 9:00 and 11:15 am - Annual Jazz Masses with the Celebration Choir and guests Jim Martinez and friends.

Sunday, June 8 at 3:00 pm - Choral Evensong in Celebration of Music. The Cathedral Choir sings music by Paul Halley, George Dyson and others.
