The Choir of Trinity College Simply one of the finest choirs in the world. And the Trinity Cathedral Music Series is proud to welcome them to open the 2009-2010 Cathedral Music Series.

The first choir at Trinity College was founded by Mary Tudor in 1553, and in the Twentieth Century has developed into one of England's finest mixed voice choirs. The choir has toured every corner of the globe, and is one of the most frequently recorded choirs in the world, having released over fifty cd's in the last twenty years. Under the leadership of Director of Music Stephen Layton, their recordings have been nominated for several Grammy awards. We are thrilled to have them with us this season.
