At Trinity Cathedral,
6th-12th graders participate in Journey to Adulthood, a spiritual
formation program that nurtures young people during the transition
from childhood to adult life and allows them to discover and
experience the love of God as they grow. Journey to Adulthood
combines weekly Sunday morning (10:10 am) Bible study and
prayer with outreach projects, retreats, and social events.
Journey to Adulthood is based on two premises: manhood and
womanhood are gifts from God, and adulthood must be earned.
To help young people realize these gifts, Journey to Adulthood
encourages faith-based discussion and reflection on self,
spirituality, sexuality, and society. Journey's adult leaders
strive to provide examples of lives lived in faith and remind
young people of the ever-present love and mercy of God.

Through Journey to Adulthood, Trinity strives to provide
a liturgical base for young people, to experience modern culture,
celebrate their individuality and creative potential, and
help them become adults who participate in church and society.
