About the Camp & Conference Center

Since 1953 Camp Noel Porter has been providing an outstanding and fun camping program for young people from 4th through 12th grades throughout Northern California and well beyond. Through these years thousands have experienced this unusual program, returning year after year.

Built in 1986, Noel Porter Conference Center houses the Summer program staff, while in the Fall, Winter and Spring the facility offers a quiet place for retreats and seminars. Sleeping 56 people it is the ideal place for a youth group ski weekend or snow play with a large kitchen to warm up in! You may do your own cooking, or we will be happy to cater your meals. Making new and lasting friends, singing camp songs in the evening by the campfire, and playing new fun games with the friendly counselors and the energetic camp staff make for a great summer adventure. During the Summer Program, campers and their counselors sleep in canvas-covered platform tents. If need be, a staff nurse, trained in the latest first aid treatments is on duty everyday, and the local emergency room is just minutes away.
