Family Camp 2006

"Bring your family (moms, dads, grandparents, brothers, sisters, extended family and friends) and enjoy a family summer camp experience at Camp Noel Porter with other families from around the diocese. Each family will have their own wooden platform tent with cots (or the choice of bringing their own tent or recreatonal vehicle). Showers and bathroom facilities are centrally located. All activities and meals are included. Parents, let me mention that again: ALLmeal are included - even kitchen cleanup - it's true!!! Cost is very reasonable at $150.00 for 13 and older, $50.00 ages 5-12, and under 5 is Free.

The theme this year is "Strengthening the Christian Family", under the direction of Mark Pinski, a former camper, counselor, and staff member, and a member of the Board of Directors of Camp Noel Porter. Daily organized activities include worship and discussioon sessions, organized games, crafts meals and campfire. There will be options available for hiking, trips to the beach, the river, biking (bring your own bike) and viewing the fireworks. There will be free time to read and relax. And you never know what surprises we might have for you!
